KAYE • MOSER • HIERBAUM LLP was founded by Barbara Moser and Susan Kaye in 1995 as KAYE • MOSER LLP. With offices headquartered in San Francisco, the Firm specializes in all aspects of family law, estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, and crossover issues in family law and estate planning for high net worth individuals, and has become the premier law firm of its kind in California. 

KMH's attorneys have amassed the experience and resources necessary to successfully handle cases of any size and complexity. KMH partners have psychology backgrounds, assisting greatly in the complex framework of family law, estate and wealth planning, and probate and trust matters.
